所谓 即兴演讲 ，就是在特定的情境和主体的诱发下，自发或被要求立即进行的当众说话，是一种不凭借文稿来表情达意的口语交际活动。演讲者事先并没有做任何准备，而是随想随说，有感而发。下面是我为大家收集关于谈谈服饰即兴演讲，欢迎借鉴参考。

即兴演讲服装搭配技巧

其实，对于大多数演讲活动来说，演讲者的穿戴只要干净、大方、整洁、朴素就可以了，就能够达到一个演讲者的服饰标准，能够使听众或者观众接受。但是要严格要求演讲者的服饰标准，就有很多需要注意的地方了。

演讲者在演讲时须穿正装。正装，顾名思义就是正正式场合穿的衣服。传统的正装有西装、中山装、套裙等。正装有以下原则：

1、三色原则

三色原则简单说来，就是身上的色系不应超过3种，很接近的色彩视为同一种。颜色太多则给人一种花里胡哨的感觉。

2、有领原则

有领原则说的是，正装必须是有领的，无领的服装，比如T恤，运动衫一类不能成为正装。男士正装中的领通常体现为有领衬衫。

3、钮扣原则

正装应当是带有钮扣式的服装，拉链服装通常不能称为正装，某些比较庄重的夹克事实上也不能成为正装

4、皮带原则

男士的长裤必须是系皮带的，通过弹性松紧穿着的运动裤不能成为正装，牛仔裤自然也不算。即便是西裤，如果不系腰带就能很规矩，那也说明这条西裤腰围不适合你。本人觉得皮带有时像男人的手表一样重要。

皮鞋原则

没有皮鞋的正装绝对算不上正装，运动鞋和布鞋、拖鞋是不能成为正装的。最为经典的正装皮鞋是系带式的，不过随着潮流的改变，方便实用的懒式无带皮鞋也逐渐成为主流。

女式正装最常见的就是西服套裙了， 与之搭配的衬衫、内衣、鞋子、袜子等颜色不能太艳丽。比如内衣不能颜色过于显眼，鞋子不能选用大红大紫之类的，在正式场合建议女士不要穿凉鞋或者露趾的鞋， 如果穿高跟鞋，鞋跟高度3到4厘米为最宜。

演讲者服装的要求

一、服装与体态的协调

要求演讲者在考虑服装仪表时，必须有整体美感，不可为个别部位的美而破坏了整体形象美。一是身材与打扮要互相协调，比如，一个大胖子就不宜穿过紧的衣服，否则包得紧紧的，会叫人感到透不过气来;而瘦长的人穿横条的服装就可显得丰满些，矮胖的人穿竖条的服装可显得苗条些。二是服装要和体形、肤色相适应。比如体形肥胖的人，适合穿深色服装，这样看上去目标集中，会显得匀称些。体形瘦削的，适合穿浅色服装，这样看上去目标松散，会显得丰满些。皮肤白皙的人，穿深色、浅色的服装都可以;皮肤较黑的人，最好穿稍浅色的服装，但不宜穿黑色的服装。

二、服装与内容的协调

演讲者在不同的演讲会上，要根据其内容的不同而决定服装的款式。演讲不是文艺演出，不是戏剧表演，演讲是一项高雅的、高层次的社会活动。因此，演讲的服装有一个总的原则，那就是“三子”的原则;所谓“三子”就是：一要有领子，二要有袖子，三要有扣子。在此前提下力求使自己的服装与演讲主题和内容相协调。此外，服装的颜色要与演讲者的思想感情和演讲内容的特点协调一致。因为颜色给人的感觉是很敏感的，不同颜色所表达的不同寓意和象征作用，已经在人们思维中形成了较为牢固的观念。比如：深色给人深沉、庄重之感;浅色让人觉得轻爽舒服;白色使人感到纯洁，蓝色使人感到恬静，红色、黄色则使人感到喜庆、愉快。如果演讲的内容是严肃、郑重的，或愤怒、哀痛的，穿深色衣服或黑色衣服比较合适。如果演讲的内容是欢快喜悦的，穿浅色的、鲜艳的衣服会更好些。

三、服装与听众的协调

演讲者的服饰款式与色彩一定要注意与演讲的现场气氛相和谐，与季节相符合，与广大听众的装束相协调。不可过于华丽时髦，那样会分散听众注意力，引起非议，破坏演讲气氛。比如：你穿的衣服太奢侈华美了，听众脑海里就要产生一层阔少或贵夫人的误会，讲好了还没有关系，若是讲得不好，有的听众也许会这样讥笑你：“这家伙讲话不行，可穿得不错，很漂亮，可惜我们是来听演讲的，而不是来看时装表演的。”虽然不至于到这种程度，但起码会影响听众的注意力和精神。但如果演讲时服装过于随便也是不行的，一是对听众不尊重、不礼貌;二是听众肯定会对演讲者产生一种不好的感觉。

四、服装与身份的协调

服装对人体有扬美与遮丑的功能，它可以反映人的精神风貌、 文化 素质和审美观念。演讲者的衣着应该典雅美观、整洁合身、庄重大方、色彩和谐、轻便协调。具体而言，要求做到外表整齐、干净、美观，风格高雅、稳健、感觉良好、行动方便，与自己性别、年龄、职业等协调，充分体现出自己的特点与神韵。比如：在校学生就不宜在演讲时身着高档的、名牌的服装;青少年演讲不要打扮得珠光宝气、艳丽夺目;上了年纪的人演讲服装就应该庄重典雅，而不能给人花枝招展、花里胡哨的感觉;男性演讲时服装不能过于随便和随意，女性演讲时不宜穿戴过于奇异精细、光彩夺目、坦胸露背的服饰，否则会引人瞠目和议论，影响演讲效果。

1、良好的个人素质，比如说你的文化底蕴。我觉得作为一个设计师，应该了解至少是中国的历史，从室内设计发展史的角度来看，任何设计的发展都是和历史的发展密不可分的，尤其是和那些达官贵族的荣辱兴衰有着直接的关系，这样的事实随处可举，这里不赘述。只有了解了历史，才能真正的了解设计发展的真谛。另外，多了解一些姊妹艺术的知识，装修设计是一门综合的设计学问，它是多方面艺术的综合，所以对其他姊妹艺术的知识了解的越多，越有助于启发你的灵感，才有更多的创作激情。

2设计的最终目的是让别人(客户或甲方)了解并同意你的设计，表达设计的 方法 一方面是各类的效果图(草图、手绘图以及电脑效果图等)和你的口述表达。前者需要你掌握各种表现技法，而后者则需要你具有良好的沟通和说服能力，这种能力除了天生的个人性格决定外，还需要你了解一些客户心理学方面的知识，比如说你不能跟一个农民去讲意大利文艺复兴的艺术。

3、优秀的设计水平。优秀的设计水平来自于以下几方面：

(1)扎实的美术基础知识

(2)对理论知识的良好把握

(3)合理的工作流程和工作习惯

(4)经典设计合理的借鉴

(5)实际工作 经验 的积累。

我认为具备了以上几方面的能力是成为一个优秀设计师的基础。

成功的设计师应具备以下几点： A、强烈敏锐的感受能力 B、发明创造的能力 C、对作品的美学鉴定能力 D、对设计构想的表达能力 E、具备全面的专业智能

现代设计师必须是具有宽广的文化视角，深邃的智慧和丰富的知识;必须是具有创新精神知识渊博、敏感并能解决问题的人，应考虑社会反映、社会效果，力求设计作品对社会有益，能提高人们的审美

能力，心理上的愉悦和满足，应概括当代的时代特征，反映了真正的审美情趣和审美理想。起码你应当明白，优秀的设计师有他们“自己”的手法、清晰的形像、合乎逻辑的观点。

设计师一定要自信，坚信自己的个人信仰、经验、眼光、品味。不盲从、不孤芳自赏、不骄、不浮。以严谨的治学态度面对，不为个性而个性，不为设计而设计。作为一名设计师，必须有独特的素质和高超的设计技能，即无论多么复杂的设计课题，都能通过认真 总结 经验，用心思考，反复推敲，汲取消化同类型的优秀设计精华，实现新的创造。

设计的提高必修在不断的学习和实践中进行，设计师的广泛涉猎和专注是相互矛盾又统一的，前者是灵感和表现方式的源泉，后者是工作的态度。好的设计并不只是图形的创作，他是中和了许多智力劳动的结果，涉猎不同的领域，担当不同的角色，可以让我们保持开阔的视野，可以让我们的设计带有更多的信息。在设计中最关键的是意念，好的意念需要学养和时间去孵化。设计还需要开阔的视野，使信息有广阔的来源，触类旁通是平面设计的重要特点之一，艺术之间本质上是共通的，文化与智慧的不断补给是成为设计界长青树的法宝。

有个性的设计可能是来自扎跟于本民族悠久的文化传统和富有民族文化本色的设计思想，民族性和独创性及个性同样是具有价值的，地域特点也是设计师的知识背景之一。未来的设计师不再是狭隘的民族主义者，而每个民族的标志更多的体现在民族精神层面，民族和传统也将成为一种图式或者设计元素，作为设计师有必要认真看待民族传统和文化。

其实做一个设计师需要学的许多许多，任何时候你都不能说自己已经对某个领域完完全全的掌握了，就像一幅油画你永远都不可能将之画完一样。

总之设计这个东西，也是个积少成多的过程，更重要的也是个不断学习的过程。

第三就是要提高审美，多看看权威的书刊，看看别人都在怎么做， 作为一名成功的设计师，如果没有坚毅的性格，勇于创新的思路。不断上进的进取。那也只能是半途而废。无论是正在为成为合格设计师的人还是已经成为设计师的人都是如此。已经上班的设计师半路转行很多，归其原因还是缺乏进取的精神，随波逐流固守止步，最终在 职场 竞争中被淘汰。而那些一直不断学习不断进步的人才能走到最后。也希望选择学习设计想成为设计师的人能谨记，转变、理性思考、与众不同、持之以恒，方能脱颖而出。

People shouldn’t be short-sighted.

Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.

As you know, there are four kinds of pollution.

They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution.

But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, firstly, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment.

We can ask companies to use modern clean technology.

In some big cities, we can limit the number of cars.

Secondly, we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water.

We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers.

Thirdly, we should not throw rubbish in parks and cities.

We can pick up rubbish if we see it.

Five days ago,I got a heavy cold.Recalling that day's event,I was in low condition and felt helpless in the bed,however,after knowing what had happened,one of classmates just say" I will accompany you along the way to the hospital and the way back to school."That single moment of his words may not mean much.But it is where we start,it is where we all form the common belief that your guys' shoulders will be ready for you whenever you are in need of help even though in the risky of falling behind in study.The class you are in will be your another family.

And there is also another story I would like to mention here,Our class ranked low in this month,but there are not blames,not critics,not anything like you should have done it better.We just say"We can,and we will do it better and better step after step."
